FAQS

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are performed in the home for direct occupational therapy services and I will come to you! Sessions will be after school hours unless otherwise discussed. Parent coaching will be done virtually.

How does pricing work?

Every child and family is different, so services are individualized to your needs. During your free 15-minute consultation, we'll discuss available services, fees, and what you can expect before getting started. There are no surprises — you'll have a clear understanding of costs before beginning care.

What ages do you service?

While my primary focus is supporting children ages 1.5–10 years old, I welcome conversations about working with children who are slightly younger or older if it seems like a good fit for their needs.

Do you take insurance?

Just Be Me Therapy is currently a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide individualized, neurodiversity-affirming care centered around your child's strengths, needs, and meaningful goals. A superbill can be provided at the end of each month for families who wish to explore potential out-of-network reimbursement with their insurance provider.

How long are sessions?

Typical session length is 45–60 minutes and the frequency is based on goals and family needs! After the initial evaluation, we will discuss what session length is recommended. Most sessions will be held after school hours.

How does payment work?

Payments are processed securely via Ivy Pay (a HIPAA-compliant credit/HSA/FSA processing portal). A credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card must be securely locked on file prior to the initiation of services.
